Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. 4. RoveGH is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized account use.
Booking and Reservations
1. RoveGH is a booking platform connecting users to transport service providers. RoveGH does not operate transport services directly. 2. Booking a trip constitutes a contract between the traveler and the transport service provider. 3. Prices displayed on the Platform may include taxes and fees; however, RoveGH does not guarantee pricing accuracy. 4. RoveGH reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings in cases of errors, fraud, or unforeseen circumstances.
Payment
1. Payments are processed through secure payment gateways integrated into RoveGH. 2. You agree to pay all applicable fees for bookings, including taxes. 3. RoveGH may suspend or terminate bookings if payment fails. 4. Refunds, if applicable, will follow the Refund Policy.
User Conduct
You agree not to: - Use the Platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes. - Harass, abuse, or harm other users or service providers. - Upload or share content that is offensive, obscene, or infringes intellectual property rights. - Attempt to bypass or interfere with the Platform’s security. RoveGH reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of this section.
Privacy
Your use of RoveGH is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
RoveGH provides the Platform “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. RoveGH is not responsible for acts, omissions, or negligence of transport service providers. In no event shall RoveGH be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RoveGH, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of: - Your violation of these Terms. - Your use of the Platform. - Your interactions with other users or service providers.
Termination
RoveGH may terminate or suspend your account or access to the Platform at any time for violations of these Terms or for other reasons at our discretion.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
Force Majeure
RoveGH is not liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or internet outages.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. RoveGH does not endorse or guarantee the content or services of such websites. Your interactions with third parties are at your own risk.
Feedback
By providing feedback, suggestions, or ideas to RoveGH, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use and implement them without obligation to you.
